Management Packs

Management packs are the way that System Center products get extended by partners and customers.  A management pack is any add-on, adjunct, plug-in or integrated product that extends a System Center product.  Management packs come in three varieties - community management packs, commercial management packs, and custom management packs.  Community management packs live in the community catalog.  Commercial management packs live in the Management Pack Catalog.  Custom management packs are the packs that you, the end user of a System Center product, create yourself.
