BizTalk 2010 Administration is a team effort. It involves the BizTalk Server Administrator, BizTalk Applications Administrators, DBA’s, System Administrators, BizTalk Developers, and Business Analysts.

Nice one Howard! Good to see that you also mention DBA's. BizTalk is so heavily relying on SQL Server, that I sometimes consider the BizTalk Admin Console as an advanced version of the SQL Server Management Studio.
