Maybe it's worth noting that the Book "Windows Server 2008 PKI and Certificate Security" is not available in print any more, only as downloadable ebook, and that Brian Komar is writing on a new book that will cover Windows Server 2012 PKI.
If you think so, then you can go ahead and make that note.
