Objetivo:


  • Este artigo possui o objetivo de auxiliar na resolução do problema Could not start the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion.

Habilitar o Diagnostic Logging:


Habilitar o Diagnostic Logging / MSExchangeSA como “Maximum” para:

- Mailbox Management
- NSPI Proxy
- RFR Interface
- OAL Generator
- Proxy Generation
- RPC Calls
- RPC-HTTP Management

Resolução:


 1. Com as informações dos eventos verificado que o servidor Exchange não estava alcançando os Domain Controllers.

2. No Active Directory Sites and Services verificado que as Subnets foram deletadas acidentalmente.



3. Criação das Subnets novamente

4. Reinicialização do servidor Exchange 2003


Obs.: Este problema também pode ocorrer caso as subnets estejam configuradas de forma incorreta.
