Hi,
Please open your WSUS console, run "Sever Cleanup Wizard".
Then run the following commands:
C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe /deleteunneededrevisions /reset
After above steps, please wait for a while, open SCE console, go to Update pane, perform a manual synchronization, check whether this update appear in SCE console.
