When I create an Incident View with the following criteria:
[Incident] Support Group equals [mygroups]
Service Manager will not accept the [mygroups] and highlights it as an error. The Groups I have set up in the Library are exactly the same as the values I have in the Incident Tier Queue List (titled "Support Group" in the Incident class).
Am I missing something or are there some sort of limitations to use of the [mygroups]?
