Office 365 client update issue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Some of office 365 monthly clients are not getting updates through SCCM. initially we have installed click to run semi-annual channel and push updates through GPO. well, recently we have change the channel from Semi-Annual to Monthly through SCCM and it will be showing up as monthly all most every clients. however most of clients are not getting client version updates, however there are 1/3 clients are getting updates and functioning properly. Please refer below screenshot.

    Can anyone help with this?

  • Hello,
    1> Make sure that SCCM has taken over the management of Office 365 updates. On the site server, check if we have deployed the following client setting to all devices having Office installed.

    At the same time, on the clients which have not been updated, check the following registry key to see if they have received and applied the policy.
    2> Since you mentioned that you have changed the update channel, have you checked the results on the client side?  Is the registry key changed as expected?
    3> After checking the above points, we need to check the deployment status of Office updates, have they received the needed updates in the software center? And have they installed updates successfully?
