Protection.office.com -> New Alert Policy -> blank condition

Hi,
Yesterday I've created few alert policices, but all of them has "unknown" in condition field. I've checked it and realized, that ALL of my custom policices, no matter what I chose as condition (activity is... field) is blank... I've checked it on another tenants - the same situation. Can't create Alert Policy for specific action on specific site. Any ideas?
