    Morning,

    I RDP to my different environments so not such a big deal. But my two admins access the environment (2012R2) currently via Citrix. Can they use the SCOM 2019 Admin Console to manage both SCOM 2019 and SCOM 2012R2 environments?

    Hi Tony,

    Unfortunately the SCOM 2019 console (Operations Console) won't work for managing a SCOM 2012 R2 environment, you'll need to use the SCOM 2012 R2 console for your SCOM 2012 R2 environment.
