  • Hi,

Have you tried to manage and monitor the phased deployments with reference to the following article?
Please also pay attention: Starting in version 1902, phased deployments have their own dedicated monitoring node, making it easier to identify phased deployments you have created and navigate to the phased deployment monitoring view.
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/osd/deploy-use/manage-monitor-phased-deployments?toc=/sccm/sum/toc.json&bc=/sccm/sum/breadcrumb/toc.json

    Best regards,
    Larry

  • Hi,

the Exception arises before the provisioning process start and is reproducable.

    • Select Feature Update (eg. Feature update to Windows 10 (business editions), version 1903) - download
    • Create Phased Deployment and choose Manually configure all phases
    • Add Phase(s) and Suppress Restart in User Experience

This leads in the described Exception. Therefore no monitoring is available at this point - except the logfile (and of course the missing deployment :).

    Anyway, thanks for your Feedback!

  • The problem is that you can't suppress restart for both Servers and Workstations on the same phase. You have to choose only one.

    This is clearly a bug.
