Client First Installation RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Is it possible to know when the SCCM client was first installed on a machine?

    - Through Client push

    - Through GPO

Trying to find out all new clients installed within the last 3 months for the Audit purpose.

    Thanks,

    Dom

Answers

  • The dates do not match the real installation of the client , may be due to the deviation of the AD discovery...

    Thanks,

  • All client push information are stored in V_CP_Machine table, not sure we able to find the source of installation.

  • Hi,

SMS_R_System.CreationDate could be useful if you only use heartbeat discovery, if you are using AD System Discovery, then the date might has some deviation, for more details, see the discussion:
