ITunes won't open. I get the message, "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." RRS feed

  • I am not able to open ITunes at all.  I've tried upgrading to the new version (10), but it won't let me complete the upgrade. I'm also afraid of losing the music/videos that are currently downloaded.  There is 3 different accounts affected.

    This forum is retired and therefore not active. Its only used for the production Microsoft Application Virtualization.


    Recommendation would be to contact Apple or discuss this in their forums (as they are the vendor of itunes)
