Microsoft Account Dialog pops up and goes RRS feed

  • I would report this on feedback app, but as I cant log in I can't.

    Whenever the "log in to Microsoft Account" dialog pops up (i.e if you go into the Windows Insiders app), it says "Just a Moment..." and then goes again, and come back with same message and repeats.

  • Found a solution:


    * Search for "Manage your Account".

    * Press "Sign in with a local account instead" (this will detach your Microsoft account).

    * Fill in details

    * Log into new local account

    * Open an app needing a Microsoft account (I opened Xbox)

    * It will ask you to log in and attach to a Microsoft Account.

    * I think after this point you are ok, but i went a step further and verified my account.

  • The log in obviously not successful.  Are you using the correct email & pword?  Can you log into the email account using a web browser?

    We need a bunch more info

  • I can log into the account in a browser yea.

    But I don't get the chance to login in the apps, it goes like this:

    * Open an app needing Microsoft Account (Xbox / Insider / Feedback etc)

    * Box pops up saying "Just a moment...."

    * Box goes

    * Box pops up saying "Just a moment..."

    * Box goes

    * Repeat forever

    Tried using "Reset this PC" in recovery, still does the same, thou did work for a moment when I first logged into windows.

  • Actually 2 more people. May be a bug but I have heard nothing and since I am on a different build I cannot investigate.

  • one more reported the same, wish there was a solution, cant report any issues due to not be able to use the feedback app.

    Also have xbox preview that would love to test streaming, but cant due to xbox app not working :(
