  • Hi,

BizTalk Server 2013 is supported on Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2008 R2

BizTalk Server 2013 R2 is supported on Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2012.

BizTalk Server 2013 on Windows Server 2012 R2, is not supported by BizTalk. Also you cannot guarantee that the future cumulative update releases would work/install without issues on this configuration.

  • Though this configuration is not supported but that does not mean it won't work, it just PSS may not offer support for it. For a test, demo, POC purpose you can always get away with it.

For production, use only the software listed here on MSDN.
