  •  Development Server Configuration database version: 15.0.4667.1000 = November 2014 CU

Production Server Configuration database version: 15.0.4753.1000  = September 2015 CU

    Source for above : http://www.toddklindt.com/blog/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=346

Need to update your Dev to September 2015 CU.

If the latest CU of destination farm is latest than the latest CU in the source farm then the source farm should be updating with the same CU of destination farm and vise versa.

    Check the below link. https://mohamedelkassas.wordpress.com/2014/12/05/this-content-database-has-a-schema-version-which-is-not-supported-in-this-farm/

  • I tried to update The development Server with SharePoint CU as below and this error appeared:
    ---------------------------
Update for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 (KB2975894) 64-Bit Edition
    ---------------------------
The expected version of the product was not found on the system.

is that related to That this update is looking for SQL Server 2014 instance ?

and Thanks for the quick reply
