    After upgrading from active directory 2008 to 2016
    After rebooting AD server and exchange 2013 server
    The following error occurs when creating a user mailbox.

    Email address policy "\Default Global Address List" or LdapRecipientFilter "(&(mailNickname=*)(|(objectClass=user)(ob
    jectClass=contact)(objectClass=msExchSystemMailbox)(objectClass=msExchDynamicDistributionList)(objectClass=group)(objectClass=publicFolder)))" is invalid. Additional information: Attribute type 'mailNickname' or its syntax not defined in schema Didn't.

     I ran the command below.
    However, the error was not resolved.
    Setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
    Setup.exe /PrepareAD /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

    Please tell me if there is a solution

    Fixed Authenticated User Permissions in Schema Configuration in ADSI Edit.
    Read permission is missing and set.

    How do I enable a disabled mailbox in Exchange 2013?
    Use the EAC to connect a disabled mailbox
    In the EAC, navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes.
    Click More. , and then click Connect a mailbox. 
    Click the disabled mailbox that you want to reconnect, and then click Connect.
    In the window that asks if you're sure that you want to reconnect the mailbox, click Yes.
