  • Hi,

Do you have the same problem on all clients? Have you upgraded your SCCM client?

Btw, there is a new KB available after KB4517869, refer to this:

  • Can you please post a screenshot (on a file sharing service and provide the link here) and also, when exactly does this happen?

  •  Hi,

Yes, I have upgraded all SCCM clients, but we facing this issues in some of the machines, not all.

I am not sure, will it take time to appear this issue in all machines.

I am facing this issues after installing SCCM Hotfix - KB4517869, not sure is it because of this patch or something else.

Please let me know if you have any idea on this ?

  • Hi,

So you have encountered this problem on some machines, not all of them, right? Is there any third-party anti-virus or device management software in your environment? Have you modified other settings or policies in addition to installing the KB4517869 recently?

I saw this thread describing a similar problem, I hope this helps you:

  • Hi,

We are not using any device management tools and  regarding antivirus , we are using Microsoft Windows Defender and SCEP from SCCM.

Also we have not changed any client settings and agent policy.

I have see that thread describing a similar problem, but its verified , its not the same issue.

    Regards

  • You need to open a support case for this as it appears to be a bug.
