  • 1st,if pc BIOS is set proper for Audio controller,then install the audio from pc mfg web...If all is ok,then download Direct X 2010 redistribute,open on desktop/extract to a new folder you created,once thru,open new,scroll to Direct X installer,it runs auto.Once pc restart,in run type: DXDIAG run the Direct X tests.This being device mgr has audio configured ok,a R.click on speaker by clock,open playback devices,edit..

  • Hi,

    First I want you to cheak your hardware to make sure that they can work normally.Did you use headphones?Have you tried another USB port?

    Here I provide you with some methods.

    Run the audio troubleshooter

    1. Select the Start button;
    2. Type audio troubleshooter in the search box;
    3. Select Find and fix problems with playing sound from the list of results.And then follow the steps.
    4. If it doesnt work,see the other methods.

    Fix your audio driver

    1. Select the Start button and type device manager in the search box, then select it from the list of results.
    2. Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
    3. Right-click (or press and hold) your sound card, then select Update driver.
    4. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.
    5. If your driver is the lastest version,you can uninstall it.

    Set default device

    1. Select the Start button, type sound in the search box, and then select Sound settings from the list of results.
    2. Under Related Settings, select Sound Control Panel.
    3. On the Playback tab, select a device, then select Set Default.
