  • I'm attempting to submit a ticket from my own user account (which is only in the End Users and Portal Users groups), and I am getting the error from the title of this post. However, the incident is actually submitted, as I can see it from the "My Requests" tab, as well as from the Work Items on the server (from my admin account). Other users are getting the same message (including my user account username!). Is there a way to troubleshoot this message? Or even just remove the message entirely? Thanks.
