CmRcService disabled after deploying Windows 10 2004 Preview using WSUS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

Testing deploying the latest Windows 10 release through WSUS (instead of creating a Task Sequence in SCCM). The update process runs without a hitch, but after the update, the CmRcService is disabled, so I can't log into the computer using SCCM. I've run this process on 2 machines and did a short term fix RDPing into the machine and enabling the service, but i was wondering if:

    a) am I the only one with this issue?

    b) if this is expected, any ideas on how to solve this without manually enabling the service? (I think we already should be enabling it as a GPO, which is the next thing I'm going to look into)
