"Something went wrong, please try again" after switching to a new iPhone. RRS feed

  • So - I upgraded to a new iPhone (if that I'm on iOS matters) and restored everything from the old phone using a backup (standard procedure). I wanted to add my account to Microsoft Authenticator, but cannot do that. The error is in Polish, but it says what's in the title. I have tried it "later" many, many times.

  • I am getting the same issue when I try to log into Microsoft Authenticator. It was working fine on my old Android phone, but on my new iOS device I am unable to log into the Microsoft Authenticator app with my personal Microsoft account.

  • Same here, I’m unable to use the recovery option, or adding a new account manually.
