  • Scenario 1: PC has installed system, you need a Windows 8.1 iso, which can be downloaded from Microsoft website or other website, mount iso and click setcup.exe, in-place upgrade.

    Scenario 2: PC doesn’t have OS, you need an installation media, such as USB drive or DVD, you can buy it from retail or create one by yourself. Insert installation media into your PC, boot from USB or DVD, then follow the guide to isnatll.
