    Updates scan completion received, result = 0x0.    UpdatesHandler      19208 (0x4B08)"

    But when i chechk the the client they are not whowing as this months update has not been insatlled.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

  • What's about UpdatesDeployment.logpatchdownloader.log and CAS.log files?

    What is the OS version of these clients?

  • Hi,

    How did you confirm the update has not been installed? We can run the following PowerShell command to query a more complete list:
    gwmi -Namespace root\ccm\SoftwareUpdates\UpdatesStore -query "SELECT * FROM CCM_UpdateStatus" | where {$_.status -eq 'Installed'}

    Check the similar thread to see if it helps:

  • Hi,

    There seems to be no clue from the logs.
    Did you try to use the PowerShell command to query a more complete list?
    And did you check the required SSU as Kalyan suggested?

    Allen
