  • I found the same thing on my 4.6 SP1 sequencer.

Clearing "Read-only" on the properties of the ".sft" file of the package you are editing will remove the error message.

  • Hello,

If you monitor the activity using PROCMON - what happens?

  • Machine restart?...could the file just be locked. Like Znack said, ProcMon would be a good starting point

  • Hi

That worked, I cleared the read-only on the sft file. just wonder why it was checked?

I installed a new VM yesterday and the sft file generated on that computer is not read only.

    anyway, problem solved.
