HELP! I just realized my site has been down since MAY 1! RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, my fellow Microsoft folks. I created timeinthecloud.com as a project to be worked on in the future. That future time took a couple of years, but it has come. Here's my situation.

    • I created the site on Microsoft Office Live Small Business.
    • I periodically check the primary email account.
    • I received no email from Microsoft indicating that Live Small Business was going to cease to exist.
    • I logged in today and attempted to go to timeinthecloud.com only to find that my site is down.
    • After doing some research, I found that the service is discontinued.

All I want to do is transfer my domain to WinHost. It is with Melbourne IT and was renewed recently. Do I need to contact them? Do I need to contact Microsoft? Thanks!

  • Yikes! I just tried to get the authorization code with Melbourne IT and realized that the primary contact email is on a domain that I haven't owned in years! That might explain why I wasn't getting any notification from MS. This is going to be fun.
