As we move more and more data to OneDrive /Cloud sharepoint, data security is a concerns for the organisztion. we have done the following:
1. Restrict file share within organization
2. Turn on 2 factor authentication for some users
3. create a few alert to email admin if someone download a file
4. created label to apply on some files to prevent sharing
we have branch office in Europe and Asia, I'd like to create alert if some one try to access site from overseas, we will get alert, however I did not find that option, kindly let me know if this is possible.
Generally I read the document here and there to configure these settings, but I am not sure if I am following the best practice or I miss some important measures.
(PS: we are not going to implement device control access)
