Error SelfServiceWebUnknownError (11442) when publish Self-Service Portal in UAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.

I have UAG portal and publish Self-Service Portal in UAG. Self-Service Portal installed from VMM 2012.

The type of published application is Other Web Application (Portal hostname).

When I access application in UAG portal the logon page of Self-service is opens. But after I provide user credentials the error (11442) is appears.

    Error Message in russian: http://s018.radikal.ru/i506/1208/dd/37449fd01005.png

Error Message in english: The current session with the Self-Service Portal has been lost. This can be caused by changing the current internet zone for the Self-Service Portal without restarting the browser or by directly browsing to a Self-Service Portal Webpage without first logging on to the site.

I tried to add the site of UAG portal and Self-Service Portal in Trusted Sites zone on the UAG server and Client. The Internet Enhanced Security is Off for users and administrators on the UAG Server. But this could not solve the problem

  • Did you try modifying the jsonSerialization maxJsonLength value in the Web.Config file located VMM wwwroot directory?

If it is at the 512000 default - change it to 1024000 and see if that fixes the issue.
