How to get rid of the event "OCS Exchange Unified Messaging Routing Event Id 44031" ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have deployed Exchange 2007 and OCS 2007 R2, we are not using unified messaging and telephony function. The problem is that we have actually the following event every 10 minutes and repeat 5 time (for 5 differents domains):

    "Exception occurred in the Exchange Unified Messaging Routing Application while loading dial plans for a domain.

    Domain: snvtdms.prod. Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted
       at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.DirectoryServicesAPI.GetDomainContollerName(String domainName, Boolean isDnsName)
       at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Domain.GetDomainControllerName()
       at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.ExchangeUmConfiguration.GetDialPlansForDomainController(Domain domain)
       at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.ExumDialPlanData.RefreshDomainDictionary()"

    I know that it's not a real error and it's only due because we have a trusted relationship with those domains and no dial plan for those domains. As we are not using telephony functions and those domain are just resources domains, I don't see any reason to have those warnings.
    Is there a method to get rid of that as it's not easy to have a event log full of warning messages which are not necessary ?
