Policy not starting - 1 request(s) queued to start RRS feed

  • We had a patch this weekend on our servers and this morning I had to stop and start a policy.  The policy shows a green arrow, indicating it is started, but I see no Log entry for the start.

    Looking in the web, Operator Console, I see a status of "1 request(s) queued to start".  I've never seen this - can someone tell me how to actually get the policy to start?

  • Found that the Opalis Action Server Service was not running on the action server.
