  • Question

  • Hello Together,

i've set up a MBAM-Server, but the only site i can reach is the SelfServicePortal.

My Testuser is in all MBAM-AD-Groups, so that shouldn't be an issue. The IIS has a valid ssl Certificate for MBAM.

I cant get it to work, maybe someone can help me out.

    Thanks,

    Flobold

  • How exactly are  you trying to reach the other sites and what other sites exactly are you trying to reach?

What version exactly of MBAM did you install?

  • Im trying to get to the Webinterface of (e.g.) https://ServerName.FQDN/MBAMAdministrationService

Then, a loginpromt appears (unlike for SelfService), when logged in the site stays blank.

If wrong cred are entered, the login attemt fails.

    Its MBAM 2.5.

  • https://ServerName.FQDN/MBAMAdministrationService is not a valid URL for any web portals in MBAM. By default, only /SelfService and /HelpDesk are valid.

From memory, MBAMAdministrationService hosts the web service end point but definitely not a portal.

Also, the latest version of MBAM is MBAM 2.5 SP1 and the latest servicing release is from July 2018 (although there is a client only servicing release from May 2019 as well). You should be running these for best results and supportability.
