  • Hi,

    Is there any operation error/failure when using the OS except for the event you had mentioned?

    If possible, try to patch the system fully with recent update - November 12, 2019—KB4524570 (OS Builds 18362.476 and 18363.476) – and check the result:

    Besides, you may run “sfc /scannow” to check/repair system files.
