  • Verify that the SqlAgent account on the DTS (reporting db) machine has the appropriate access to your collection database. Also, make sure that you are running equivalent versions (including patch level) of SQL on both databases. Also verify you are not running out of space on the colleciton database parition.

  • HI,

    i had the same problem here, seems like it's permission related ...

    after changing the service account of the sql agent to the domain admin account the job runs succesfully.

    finally if've switched the sql agent service account to local system, wich also helped.
    But this solution may prevent other jobs from running!
