  • I have a Surface Book Laptop i7 top of the range. Over the past year or so the screen as started to peal off and warp which makes it impossible to use. This laptop has sat in my room on my desk for over a year and has rarely been used. It is not what I expected to happen and its actually very embarrassing as I am an architect and regularly meet with clients and colleagues.

This is obviously a defect with and a quality issue, which is very disappointing considering how much I paid for the laptop. I’ve had so may issues with it I do feel like I have been cheated. I personally think Microsoft should replace the laptop but I don’t know what to do or where I should go, and I don’t have a lot of time on my hands to resolve this issue.

    Please help.
