OCS: Is it possible to change the maddr in a contact header with MSPL or through OCS? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are using OCS and our SIP trunk provider is getting the internal IP address of our mediation server.  It cannot resolve back to it so incoming calls disconnect after 32 seconds.  I have been trying to find a way using MSPL to change the maddr of the contact header to have the public ip address with no luck.  (Broadvox says that they are trying to return the ACK to the private IP address because of the maddr in the contact header of the 200 OK response that we send to them.)  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello OCSNewbie,

I think you posted this in the wrong forum.  This forum is for customization of project professional and project server 2010.  I don't recognize any of this terms.  I wanted to provide a link to another forum that may be able to help, but I am lost with that to.

    Cheers!
