    If you want to use the new Azure portal (ARM) you should follow the steps below:

    1) Login in to the Azure portal here: http://portal.azure.com
    2) On the left pane select "Subscriptions"
    3) Choose the subscription you want to check and click "Overview"
    4) Copy the subscription ID

    Hello

    Get-AzureSubscription | Format-Table

    This command gets settings for every subscription currently stored in the default subscription data file and displays it in a table.
