Why doesn't my bluetooth headset work with OCS? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a Plantronics 510USB Voyager Bluetooth headset configured for use with my MOC. When I receive a call, the headset rings, but I cannot answer with the button on my headset. If I click answer on the MOC toast, the call is sent to my headset.

So, how do I get the answer button on the headset to answer the call?

    Thanks!

  • Guess you have to get yourself a different model that has qualified for MS UC program

Seems your headset is working alright with Skype (according to several blogs).Maybe you can sell it to a Skype user :-)

  • Thanks - ebay is my friend

What I'm really curious about now is some technical understanding of how the headset & MOC communicate. Specifically, how MOC reads and interprets the button functions on the headset & why one might work while another doesn't.
