    It is most unfortunate that my original Hotmail account which I have been using continuously for all my communication through my computer and Windows phone for more than 10 years has been blocked due to hacking. In earlier cases of hacking I could revived this account by changing passwords. But this time, even after trying several times and providing security answers, I could not unblock the said account. Being an old man of 73 years of age it might not be possible for me to answer correctly certain questions asking, "Subjects of last few emails, addresses of last sent emails etc.", I answered almost all of the vital and case sensitive queries. It should be appreciated all my most essential email addresses and contact numbers were stored through my original Hotmail account in computer and Windows phone, due to blockage of my Hotmail account I lost all my essential and urgent contacts which is never desirable. While trying to revive my Hotmail account last time, few days back (Account recovery request 188523490), I was advised by Microsoft to open a new Hotmail account and Microsoft had the tools tools to help me import contacts, connect with Facebook, and even receive messages from multiple email accounts. Till date I don't have any clue about that though I have already opened this new Hotmail account. Please help.
