The surface touch is not sensitive RRS feed

  • We found that the surface touch is not sensitive. We have to touch the screen with firm pressure for the response. Sometimes the response even did not occur.

    We have tried calibration with the board several times, also tried full calibration.

    In the calibration, we found that there was a bright point in camera 3 , 4 and 5 at different position. The bright point will disappear if we cover some parts of the screen. Is it operating normally, or do we need to replace the old lamp?

  • Did you find out how to fix this? I am having the same problem with our table. Ours seems to be losing the frosted finish and getting much shinier.

    I have not tried the full calibration yet but it sounds like it didn't make a difference with yours.
