Currently we dont have an Integration Pack for CA SD 12.5. The current version supports CA SD 6 or 11.

Hi,
there is a package for CA Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk 6.0 or 11.0. The Opalis Integration Pack for CA Unicenter Service Desk is an add-on for Opalis Integration Server that enables you to build Policies that manage CA Unicenter Service Desk operations.

I recommend to update to Orchestrator for up-to-date versions of Integration Packs. Support for Opalis has ended on April 17, 2013: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff630946.aspx
Kelverion offers an IP for CA Service Desk for Orchestrator: http://www.kelverion.com/ip-for-ca-servicedesk/

Dear Stefan,
Thanks for the update. I checked the ip provided by Kelverion for CA Service desk, looks like it needs licensing and its paid. Do we have any integration pack from technet so that we can implement in our environment?

Hi Raghul,
I know no free IP for CA Servicedesk for Orchestrator. If you download the IP from Kelverion you get a trial key to key to evaluate it.
Regards,
Stefan
