Can not enable .NET Framework in Windows 10 RRS feed

    I try install .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 10, but i get an error: 

       Windows couldn't complete the requested changes. Invalid Windows feature name has  been specified as a parameter.

       Error code: 0x800F080C

    Please help me!!!!

    Hi,

    How are you installing it? using DISM? PowerShell? Post the command line here and maybe we can help you.

    Thank you, I installed with both but still cannot install. I opened Turn Windows on or off to  enable .NET Framework 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0) but I don't see it. Turn Windows on or off just shows: 

     - .NET Enviroment

     - .NET Extensibility 3.5

     - .NET Extensibility 4.8

    Do you know why??????
