Integration Packs not working in the Action server Outside the Integration Server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are using currently opalis 6.3. Our current architecture is that we have 2 servers; server1 is being used for database and action server, the other server2 is used  for the management and action server.

I have recently added the action server in server1 as a means of testing. In doing so I noticed that I cannot use the integration packs even if they are already deployed in server1. There was no error in deployment of the action server and integ packs and also there was no error when running policies.

However, when you look at the logs there are no object specific publish data found even if the run of the flow is successful. Switching the action servers from server1 to server2 does not have this problem

I was wondering if this is a known issue or if I needed anything else to install on server1 so I can use the integration packs.

Do take note that server1 and server2 have the same OS(windows server 2008 64 bit)

    Regards,

    Herwin

  • Hi Stefan,

I activated that already but it did not work.

I missed an important thing with this. I have failed to setup the database configuration in the remote action server. When I did that publish data was already ok.

    Thanks Stefan

  • Hi Herwin,

do you still have this problem?

If you want to see the object specifc published data you must activate this in the properties of the policy. This should work regardless of  the executing Action Server.
