SCCM CMG Status is always in Updating Configuration RRS feed

  • Hi 

    Wonder if you can help.  I got a cloud management gateway setup and installed. The status under cloud management gateway is stuck on updating configuration.

    any help will be appreciated.

  • The version of ConfMgr is 1806.

  • Hi,

    If your organization restricts network communication with the internet using a firewall or proxy device, you need to allow CMG connection point and service connection point to access internet endpoints.
    If there is a firewall blocking traffic, it may prevent the Cloud connector point to keep the connection to the cloud management gateway.
