Azure support subscription term RRS feed

  • My client doesn't have any support at the moment but we've got a problem with Azure performance that I've been unable to fix using my own knowledge and asking on forums. So we're considering signing up for standard support so we can raise a ticket.

    The following page descriptions the support subscription:

    It mentions "Azure support plans require commitment for the duration of the subscription term. Cancellation will not result in a pro-rated refund"

    What isn't defined though is what the the duration of the subscription term? I've looked high and low for a definition. The only hint is that it's $100/month (£74.54/month). Does this mean it's a monthly subscription term?

    Last thing i want to do is sign my client up for a $1,200 single support call!
