Azure Subscription Disabled - No Warning or Notification - PayAsYouGo Subscription RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I found today that one of my subscriptions was disabled, and all of my services disabled. There was no attempt to notify me prior to the subscription getting disabled. This is a Pay as you Go subscription with a valid card, and all of the information associated with the subscription is valid.

    I created a support ticket (request id 119092024001376) and per the SLA was supposed to receive a call from MS support within two hours. It has now been over two hours and nobody has contacted me.

    Obviously, this is a huge issue for me, all of the services related to the account are disabled, and I cannot transfer them to a new subscription. I need to hear from Azure support ASAP.
