Client VPN Connections RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello!

Since tomorrow we have some Problems by connecting to our TMG 2010 SP1 VPN Server. It says that the limit of Client VPN Connections have exceeded. The limit is at 10 connections. We connect via L2TP. But there are currently no connections via vpn! Where can I perform a reset the counter or disconnect the dead connections?

    Regards Thomas

  • Run Services.MSC  to open the Services MMC.  Locate Routing and Remote Access.  Try to restart the service.  This may be a unique condition on your system.  Restarting the service may clear it.  If you get any errors, please post them and we can try to assist.

  • :D

Have a look in RRAS console for existing connections...the TMG console should also show VPN clients under the sessions tab.

    Cheers

  • I tried already but there were no VPN Client connections.

It only shows the number of 10 sessions in the overview. But there are no sessions in the Monitoring und RRAS Console
