    1) Which operating system?

    2) Recovery of personal files?

    3) Find 2 flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    4) On a working computer create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

  • SO

    i turned off my pc and then suddenly a black screen apprered saying scanning and repairing drives so i looked it up on youtube and tried every thing and it didnt work .So i said why nod use cmd and as i tried to do it i lost all my data because i formatted the drive then i had to instal windows 8.1 so i tried that and now im hear

  • Important data may have been formatted then overwritten.

    If the data is critical then seek professional recovery.

    This may be costly.

    There are third party software that can be tried but again if critical seek professional recovery services.
