  • The product lifecycle dashboard is not part of AI.

When Microsoft publishes updated lifecycle information it will be downloaded by the Service Connection Point role. Given that 1909 has only been GA for a few weeks now, they probably haven't updated it yet though.

  • Hi,

To see data in the product lifecycle dashboard, the following components are required:
1.Internet Explorer 9 or later must be installed on the computer running the Configuration Manager console.
2.A service connection point role must be installed and configured. To get updates for the data on this dashboard, the service connection point must be online, or synchronized regularly if offline.
3.A reporting services point is required for hyperlink functionality in the dashboard. The dashboard links to SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
4.The asset intelligence synchronization point must be configured and synchronized. The dashboard uses the asset intelligence catalog as metadata for product titles. The metadata is compared against inventory data in your hierarchy.

So we can first check whether the service connection point is online or have synchronized recently if offline. Or like Jason said, they are might not be updated yet.

    Allen
