  • Hi Eve,

So sorry in my delayed reply.... the client is going to move to Cloud for emails asap, and so he has asked us to stop worrying about this issue. He is tired of Microsoft and moving away.

    Thanks for all your help

  • Hi,

I want to confirm with you if you can manually start above four services successfully?

These service should be started automatically by default. Also, please confirm that if system reboot will resolves such problem.

We can try to check event viewer and find specific service stop/start event, it may provide more information.

    Best Regards,
    Eve Wang

  • Hi Eve,

    Many Thanks for your reply

On Power On, the services start Automatically. Once they stop they do restart manually OK too.

On Event View you get this services error  "World Wide Web Publishing Service" has stopped 30 odd times and then the Remote Desktop Gateway stops.

  • Hi,

So, above services will automatically stop and this operation causing function failure.

Please check Task Manager and make sure that there is enough available resources, including CPU, RAM, disk and etc.

Besides, if possible, is there any regularity when service stops? Or, there is any change before such problem happen?

    Best Regards,
    Eve Wang
