Number phone displayed without a “+” in a notification mail RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

    We prepare ocs voice specialization, We have  all the deployment requirement of the Voice Specialization in the Unified Communications Solution competency within the Microsoft Partner Program but we have a issue with the number phone in a notification mail :

    Only caveat the number is displayed without a “+”. The number is correctly displayed in the toast at the client, but is wrong (without plus) in the voice-mail email from Exchange.

    It needs to be clarified if this is an issue because of the interoperability with CISCO Cal Manager / IP PBX or if it is an configuration issue.

    Our architecture is Cisco Call Manager 6.1, Exchange UM SP1, OCS R1.
    There is a direct sip between ccm 6.1 and Mediation Server such as decribed in this link : http://blogs.pointbridge.com/Blogs/mcgillen_matt/Pages/Post.aspx?_ID=44
    and between CCM 6.1 and Unified Messaging

    We apply a fix to the Mediation Server and Front-End :

    Front-end :
    KB952783
    KB956389
    KB944285
    KB946763

    Mediation Server :
    KB952783
    KB956389
    KB946763
    KB953659

    We created a configuration file MediationServerSvc.exe.config   – with the following content:
    <?xml version="1.0"

     encoding="utf-8"

     ?>
    <configuration>
    <appSettings>
    <add key="RemovePlusFromRequestURI" value="Yes" />
    </appSettings>
    </configuration>

    We manually had the property RemovePlusFromRequestURI in WMI Setting.

    Screenshots of our deployment and issues :  http://img197.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=91036903.jpg

    So everything works perfectly, the only issue remaining is displaying "+" in the email that is missing and it seems that this is important.

    Thanks for your help
