  • Over time hardware can malfunction.

    If it is a laptop, many computer manufacturers have hardware testing for components.

    You can search on so see if there is any free software to check the keyboard.

  • Dust, dirt, hair, and other debris can fall into your keyboard over time which may obstruct a key's movement or interfere with its circuitry. Try blowing away any debris in the spaces between your keys using a blower.

    Did this physical keyboard work fine on other computer, external or internal keyboard? What if the On-Screen keyboard?

    Here please insert keyboard from different USB port to check the result.

    If you have other keyboard software installed on Windows, please disable it for test.
